Our Community

The City of Newark, located across the Dumbarton Bridge from Palo Alto, offers visitors and residents the comfort of a small community with the convenience and excitement of the cosmopolitan San Francisco Bay area out their backdoors. Industry and residents find the city an ideal place to work, play, and live.

Poised on the southeast edge of the San Francisco Bay, Newark enjoys a unique setting. With easy access to San Francisco, Oakland, and San Jose, we can literally offer our residents the best of both worlds. We invite you to get to know our city and stop by for a visit!
